What were our main targets?
Our project took place from 2020 to 2023. We worked on the project with the main target to develop a tool about/for the three EU-countries in an EU-partnership, indicating the opportunities to continue the education in Europe, in one of the participating countries in Erasmus+project and to review the possibilities to work in Europe e.g. RO, GER&HU with the qualification in the home country.
Structure
This project is divided into six different phases which took place in four different mobilities:
1. Online meeting on Tween Space with the Teachers
2. Virtual Mobility with students and Teachers
3. Workshop for school staff (physical in Munich)
4. Training for students: European educational qualification and the opportunities on the labor market in Germany (physical in Munich)
5. Training for students: Labour market with the focus on opportunities for job application and study at the university in Hungary (physical Hungary)
6. Training for students: European educational qualification and the opportunities on the labor market and study at the universityin in Romania (physical in Romania)
Objective
The objective of each mobility is two fold:
1. Students and teachers organized in international groups, worked jointly to develop an international tool as an answer to a real social and economical challenge on the European labour market. Students followed the different phases stated above to develop a tool with differnt focus on the challenges of the European labour market in Germany, Hungary and Romania. By the end of the three phases or mobilities, students got a digital tool of their product, which was a guide for young people from the three partners in the project who wanted to continue their education in the EU-country or for those who are looking for the opportunities to work abroud, to find a workplacement and get higher qualification, according to the qualification, professional knowledge and skills in the home country. We are planning a video pitch to promote their activities..
